We would like to hold a Milston parish council AGM meeting on Wednesday 15th September, at 7.30pm in Brigmerston village hall. By law we have to give two weeks notice. It's obviously important that we abide by the Government rules for hosting meetings - so please read this as our intention to hold a meeting, in safe conditions (at least 2m apart, etc). But, we will confirm nearer the time whether this date is possible and, if so, the precautions that will be taken.

If the weather is good, then we can hold outside. A Zoom conference may be an alternative option if we cannot hold a large meeting.

It's a chance to catch up on various activities undertaken and discuss new ones e.g. a defibrillator in the village.
